Plan Your Visit to the Farm! The farm stand will not have public hours in 2021.
Our farm stand is open Tuesdays from 12 noon- 6 PM and Saturdays from 10 AM- 4 PM. Our farm stand season begins Memorial Day weekend and runs through the end of November each year. Coming to Pleasant Valley Farm means you get to set foot on the soil where your food was produced, a farm whose history stretches all the way back to the birth of America itself. You can see our gardens, fields and livestock for yourself so you know they really are treated with care. Enjoy feeding the birds. And when you buy direct from the farmers who have devoted their lives to producing quality products, you also have the opportunity to ask questions and learn more about whatever aspects of the farm are of interest to you!

CertificationsWe choose not to pursue third-party certifications such as Certified Organic, Animal Welfare Approved, or any other program. While our farm may meet or exceed the specifications for certification, each one requires time, and often, money for the use of these labels. We feel that these are unnecessary, since rather than relying only on the label of a product, our customers have the opportunity to speak with the people who actually grow the food and view the fields and livestock that produce the items we sell. We are always happy to discuss our farm, our plant varieties and livestock breeds, and our sustainable farming methods, whether in person, on the phone, or via email.
RecyclingWe try to be as Earth-friendly as possible, and we gladly accept clean eggs cartons and canning jars to reuse!
